Reward Points

We regret to inform you that, due to rising business running costs, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Reward Points scheme effective October 1, 2024.
 
As a result, no reward points will be added to customers' accounts for any newly listed products on or after October 1, 2024. However, all existing reward points in customers' accounts can still be redeemed for any products listed on our website.
 
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

 

1. What is Reward Points?

Our reward points is how we thank our dedicated collectors for shopping with us! Your purchases will earn reward points, which can be redeemed for most of our hottest collectibles!

Please note reward points can not be redeemed for clearance items.

2. How do I start?

To begin earning reward points, you need to create an online account. If you already have an account, then you are on your way!

3. How do I earn rewards?

Points can be earned on every product that we sell through our online store, except the trading cards. You will earn one Reward point for every pound spent on the product price for all products! Please note orders with partial refunds will not earn points.

Points earned from purchases will be added to your account after 14 days of we dispacthed customer's order and become available to use.

4. How can I view my rewards points?

Online account holders can monitor their Reward Points balance in the rewards area in their online account page.

5. How do I redeem my Reward Points on a purchase?

You must redeem your rewards through purchases made through our online store. You can exchange 100 Reward Points for Two pounds of the product's price. There is a Use Reward Points area located on the Shopping Cart page, which displays how many Reward Points that you have 'active' and available to apply towards your order. Simply enter the amount you would like to use and select the apply points box!

You are also able to use Reward Points in combination with any other promotion, discount, e-coupon, credit or Gift Vouchers.

6. Why do we have to wait 14 days to have our points become available for use?

We provide all of our customers with a 14-Day Product Guarantee. During this time they have the opportunity to receive, open and inspect the collectible in order to decide whether they would like to keep it. The fourteen day time frame allows for shipping and the product guarantee policy to be afforded to our customers before finalizing reward point allocations.

7.  I made a Layaway Plan order. When will my Rewards become available?

Your rewards will become available approximately fourteen (14) days after shipment from our warehouse.

8. If I cancel a pre-order, will I still earn Rewards?

No.

9. If I cancel a pre-order which I purchased with Rewards, will my rewards be replaced into my account?

No.

10. I received a refund for an item I purchased with Reward Points. When will the Rewards be replaced back into my account?

They will not. Once you use your rewards they are deleted from your account.
